Job Description

Solutions Protech is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill a contract position with one of our hydroelectric customers located on the South Shore of Montreal.


A day in the role of the recruiter:

  • Run the job posting recruitment cycle up to the CV screening process (job postings, CV sorting, phone calls, job references, etc.);
  • Identify the pool of potential candidates for current and future business needs;
  • Describe the positions of the various departments of the company;
  • Put in place recruitment strategies;
  • Provide human resources support to the company's managers to assist in certain human resources projects;
  • Work closely with departments to identify the responsibilities and core competencies of each position;
  • Coordinate interviews with managers;
  • Participate in the development and use of the various social media used (Jobillico, Indeed, LinkedIn) as a recruitment tool.

What sets you apart:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, Bachelor of Human Resources or Certificate in Human Resources;
  • At least two years of relevant experience related to the position;
  • Someone who likes challenges;
  • Good communication skills and a sense of autonomy;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
