Job Description

Two Projects within the Microsoft SharePoint Environment

      • Project 1: Cost Reduction Program System-Completion: End of Mar. 2020
          • Update & enhance the current Workflow & Mobile App System that manages Cost Reduction ideas.
          • Setup same SharePoint system for a second model at Company.
          • Create management & detail dashboards utilizing Power BI.
  • Project 2: Model Launch - Completion: Begin Jan. 2020
          •  Create dashboard utilizing Power BI to summarize document management system.
  • Confirm project requirements by studying user requirements & gaps; conferring with others on project team.
  • Work with Project Leads for concept to designing system and dashboards.
  • Provide Microsoft solutions, support and kaizen to processes.
  • Conduct testing and user trials update systems.
  • Develop training program including User Manuals and provide training to users.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities for problems with Microsoft system.
  • Enhances organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Contributes to team effort by providing related results as needed.
  • Experience and certifications in the following:
    • Microsoft Certified MCP/MCSE
    • Advanced computer skills required, including at least an intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Working knowledge with Office 365
    • Basic/intermediate scripting and programming experience
  • Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills with developing, providing solutions to automate business process within

Microsoft family: SharePoint, Workflow, Power App, Power BI and other.

  • University Degree or College diploma in Computer Science.
  • Sharp troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows 7/10 Environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management skills and experience.
  • Self-starter with exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to accept and prioritize multiple challenges and quick change in priorities.
  • High level of concentration and commitment to deadlines.
  • Team player, adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Experience in assembly plant manufacturing (automotive preferred) is an asset.
  • Willing to support daily overtime requirements as needed.
