Job Description


  • Will be coordinating and assisting Leaders with Maintenance PM system for robots and other equipment as necessary
  • This involves administering all PM’s, scheduling and coordinating all activity (Warranty Work, Greasing, etc) from start to finish
  • Administering PO’s, planning, scheduling of supplier activity, facilitating activity meetings with internal groups and suppliers
  • Working with Technical Documents, Change Request Forms, Works Standards, Risk Management, Updating Procedures, Kaizen
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Being well organized and adaptable is a must
  • 12-month contract
  • Ability to support extended hours of work, possible afternoon shift coverage and weekend work


  • Technical Diploma Achieved (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Systems)
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing (preferably Automotive) experience
